Starting Off with Sightseeing
The morning after the Athletics game, on April 23, 2018, we decided to venture over to Sausalito which is located right on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge. We grabbed a quick breakfast at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market prior to making our way.
To save time we took a rideshare on the way there, but we made sure to take the ferry on the way back for the views. The Golden Gate Ferry provided great views of Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge, and San Francisco.
Travel Tip: When visiting Sausalito, take a ferry there or back to get great views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the water.
The Game
We purchased the tickets on Stubhub again and we really lucked out. We had awesome seats for the Washington Nationals at San Francisco Giants game at 7:15 PM on April 23, 2018. We sat in the Field Club, Section 107, Row N, Seats 5 and 6. We found out at the game these tickets gave us access to the Field Club Restaurants and Bars. I’ve also heard from the Field Club (Sections 107-124) you can see the players enter and exit the dugout. We didn’t catch any players but maybe you can!
Travel Tip: Buy tickets in the Field Club at AT&T Park for great seats and access to private restaurants and bars. You may even see the players enter and exit the dugout!

Mac Williamson hit a two-run homer in the sixth to lead the Giants past the Nationals in a 4-2 win!
